Rockefeller Center

Rockefeller Center is one of New York’s central gathering spots for visitors and new yorkers – It’s called a “city within a city”.  Rockefeller Center is filled with the world biggest business and entertainment complexes, and the Art Deco Architecture.  Stay tune for Sammy’s adventure through Rockefeller Center in June, as he tours you around and show’s you all the amazing things you can do in this Area.


Atlas is a bronze statue in front of Rockefeller Center on Fifth Avenue across from the St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
The sculpture Atlas holding the world was created by sculptor Lee Lawrie with the help of Rene Paul Chambellan,
and it was installed in 1937.


The best view of the center is on 5th Ave between 49th and 50th Street


The centerpiece of Rockefeller Center is the 70-floor, 872-foot, GE Building at 30 Rockefeller Plaza,
also known as “30 Rock”.


Location: Rockefeller Center is between Fifth and Sixth Avenue, from 48th Street to 51st Street.
