Literary walk

The south end of the Mall is called the Literary Walk, due to the fact that most of the statues are famous book authors along the walkway of the mall, such as William Shakespeare, Robert BurnsFitz-Greene Halleck, and Walter Scott – but there are other famous men, including Christopher Columbus.
