Halloween Howl – Upper East Side

On the Upper East Side of Manhattan, the Sunday before Halloween – Carl Schurz Park presents the “Halloween Howl” where dog owners and their dogs come dressed up for the costume competition at the Park.  With apporximately 15 acres of park space featuring green lawns, waterfront views, basketball courts, windy pathways, benches, two dog runs, events throughout the year, as well as breath taking views over looking the East River, this park is an Upper East Side treasure.

Located between East 84th St and East 90th Street between East End Avenue on the East River waterfront.
