Ladies Pavilion

The Ladies Pavilion is a romantic victorian vintage overlooking the Lake. The shed was built in 1871, and designed by Jacob Wrey Mould (1825-1886), as a shelter for people waiting for the trolley at 8th Avenue and 59th Street. This 19th century American decor art structure relocated to Central Park around early 1900′s. See other Tourist Attractions and Central Park.
